American Bar Association: Practice Guide Statements as Evidence: Drafting and Editing Declarations, Affidavits, and Letters

The ABA’s Commission on Immigration developed this Practice Guide for drafting and editing Statements of Evidence, including declarations, affidavits, and letters. These written statements have the potential to be the most informative and critical pieces of evidence in establishing a prima facie case (case at first sight) in immigration court and before USCIS.
